Where to See Holiday Lights Around Milwaukee

holiday lights around milwaukee

When I was a little girl, my cousins and I would look for Santa and Rudolph in the sky every Christmas Eve. Of course, we always found them, in the flickering lights of a helicopter or an airplane.
The adults would oooo and aahh as we drove past the houses lit up with decorations and we would press our faces to the windows, making sure not to miss a single thing.

The lights make my Christmas season even more special because the memories come flooding back and more will be made as my sweet daughter continues to do what littles do, grow.

Not sure where to start when it comes to seeing the lights? Here are some hot spots for holiday lights in the Milwaukee area:

  • Candy Cane Lane is where I remember going as a kid. We would all climb in the car in our pajamas and eat candy canes as we rode through. It can be crowded, so expect to spend an hour or so driving slowly through the streets. -Heather, MKE Moms Blog Contributor.
