Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Flow and Relaxation

Certified prenatal/postnatal yoga instructor Jaime Wooten will guide you through yoga techniques to increase flexibility, strength, circulation, balance and the mind-body-spirit connection for expecting and postnatal Moms. You will learn additional valuable tools to prepare for labor and motherhood, such as breathing and guided relaxation techniques.
You can start this class at any time in your pregnancy as long as your doctor has not enforced any exercise restrictions.

Candlelight Wellness Yoga

A multi-level and physically absorbing vinyasa class that offers a balance of strength, flexibility and endurance to challenge any student. Poses will be offered at varying levels with customized modifications as needed. Veteran instructor Jaime Wooten will be able to advance each student to their next level. Open to both men and women.
• Practice deepening your concentration, finding calm and linking breath through this invigorating sequence of sun salutations, standing poses, back bends and gentle inversions.
• This practice begins and ends with deep relaxation, breathing exercises and concentration/meditation to remove impurities and bring a sense of well-being to the body and radiant peace to the mind.

Strong Moms Pre & Post-Natal Exercise Class

Motherhood is a time of many changes. Now more than ever the things you do to stay healthy and take care of yourself will play an important role in how you feel. Exercise can be a great way to stay energized, reduce stress, and create a feeling of wellness throughout your pregnancy. The Strong Moms Prenatal/Postnatal Exercise class includes low to medium impact aerobics and strengthening exercises using exercise bands, weights and your own body for resistance. This multi-level class focuses on the muscles necessary for good body mechanics and posture and avoiding some of the aches and pains associated with pregnancy.
This exercise series is recommended for women beginning at the 13th week of pregnancy and after baby you return for and lift more weight and add higher intensity while honoring your body and spirit.

Jaime Wooten, Marquette University BA, has been a certified American Fitness Association of America Health and Fitness Educator for the past 20 years. Her certifications include: Pre-natal/Postnatal, Personal Training, Group Exercise, Yoga, Pilates, Piyo, Turbokick, Kickboxing, Water Aerobics, Step, Pre-natal/Postnatal, Senior Fitness, and Nutrition. She blends her unique expertise as a mom and fitness professional to create an “out of the box” experience for her clients.
