Motherhood is a time of many changes. Now more than ever the things you do to stay healthy and take care of yourself will play an important role in how you feel. Exercise can be a great way to stay energized, reduce stress, and create a feeling of wellness throughout your pregnancy. The Strong Moms Prenatal/Postnatal Exercise class includes low to medium impact aerobics and strengthening exercises using exercise bands, weights and your own body for resistance. This multi-level class focuses on the muscles necessary for good body mechanics and posture and avoiding some of the aches and pains associated with pregnancy.
This exercise series is recommended for women beginning at the 13th week of pregnancy and after baby you return for and lift more weight and add higher intensity while honoring your body and spirit.
