Friends, family, and comrades in this thing called motherhood, we are gathered here together to say goodbye to our dear, beloved friend, Naptime. She put up a good fight, but finally left our home at 3:13 Monday afternoon after five and a half long, tired, glorious years. Her departure was not unexpected, however we didn’t […]

FREE. For pregnant, first time parents.
Advanced RSVP required. Limited tickets available.
Hosted by Joan Becker Friedman of Pea Pod Sleep Consultants, LLC.
Join us for a free expectant parent class that reviews healthy sleep practices during the first few months of life. In addition to a discussion of the most recent AAP safe sleep recommendations, this class covers how to go about establishing a foundation for healthy sleep during those early weeks so that by the time your little one is 4 months, he or she will be sleeping through the night and ready for 3 naps/day. Joan is a certified pediatric sleep consultant, Happiest Baby educator and founder of Pea Pod Sleep Consultants, LLC.
This is an adult only event.

I’m a Snooze Junkie. After years and years of struggling to get any decent sleep at all (Thanks, kids. Love you.), the mornings when the alarm clock goes off are a battle for me every single time. I have been known to set five or six alarms in 10 minute increments just to […]
Sometimes, I think I missed my calling in life to be the female version of Samuel L. Jackson. This is because I am a huge supporter of kids going the [bleep] to sleep. I will proudly tell you with a sparkle in my eye that bedtime is my favorite part of the day. It’s not that I […]
The past few weeks I have felt like baby sleeping props are driving me up the wall! Swaddles, white noise, mobiles, sleep sacks. I honestly don’t even know how we got to using all of them in the first place, but I can guarantee those decisions were made in the desperation of the wee night […]
